Katumba Yoga is a non-profit yoga studio based in Dallas that provides community to survivors of domestic violence in the Dallas area. Your purchase of a membership provides a voucher to one of the families staying at the Genesis Women's Shelter, your massage gives a massage, your coaching session a coaching session. Yoga as a physical practice alone is a powerful tool for self-improvement and therefore self-esteem, but the friendship and love found at the right studio can be life changing.
